What the quote form collects

When you use the quote form, you send us the vehicle's year, make and model, whether you have its title, your name, your phone number and the pickup address. The form also sends the name of this website, so we know where the request came from.

Why we ask for it

To make you an offer on the car, to call you about it, and to arrange the pickup if you accept. The pickup address tells us where the car is and whether it's inside our service area.

Where it goes

The form sends your details over an encrypted connection to the system we use to receive quote requests. People working on your request can see them. We use them for your request and the sale that may follow.

What this website doesn't do

This site doesn't set advertising cookies, doesn't load third-party trackers, and serves its fonts and images from its own domain. It doesn't ask for payment details.

Your choices

You don't have to use the form, and you can stop at any point before you press "Get Instant Offer"; nothing is sent until then. If you've sent a request and want us to stop contacting you, tell us when we call.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
