What happens after you press the button

1. We call you. Keep your phone near you; we'll ask a few questions about the car's condition and the title.
2. You get an offer. Take it or leave it. There's nothing to pay for asking.
3. We set the pickup. Same-day pickup is often possible. The tow is free.
4. You're paid at pickup. Sign the title over when the truck arrives.

Tips for the form

• Year: four digits, like 2009. The title or registration shows it if you're unsure.
• Title: pick "No" or "I have registration only" if that's the truth. Missing title? Indiana then needs a duplicate title or a BMV certificate of authority, and we'll go through which one suits your car on the call.
• Pickup address: a street and city is best. A car at a shop? Give the shop's address.
